The Modern Quilt Guild appreciates your interest in covering QuiltCon West from February 18th to February 22st, 2016. Coverage of QuiltCon events is welcomed; please make arrangements for stories and interviews by contacting Heather Grant at heather at themodernquiltguild dot com.

The Modern Quilt Guild/QuiltCon reserves the right to grant or refuse media access.

Please follow these guidelines when making your credential request as an accredited news agency:
• Please use the media credential request form below to secure your QuiltCon credentials.
• Each media organization is encouraged to make one request. We recognize the names of reporting crews may change the day of event. Please fill out the information to the best of your abilities and advise QuiltCon as changes occur.
• You must have verifiable editorial assignment from a recognized media outlet to attend.
• Media access for freelance photographers and/or freelance journalists without editorial assignment will not be granted.
• Non-editorial staff members, book publishers, video producers, and advertising/marketing representatives
should register for QuiltCon as a member of the public. • Applicants may be required to submit a sample of work in order to receive credentials.

All media visiting QuiltCon must have authorized credentials to cover the event. You will be contacted prior to the event with confirmation of your credential request. Credentials will be available at registration desk onsite at QuiltCon. Credentials will not be mailed in advance. We recommend checking-in at least one-hour prior to your first planned event at QuiltCon. Credentials must be available for review by authorized personnel at all times while at QuiltCon.
